This compact, versatile ware washer occupies less than half a square meter of space and deals effortlessly with 60-litre, up to 60 cm long racks or 60x40 cm baking sheets (with specific optional adapters).
Niagara 291 also accommodates normal plastic 50x50 cm racks without any modifications and can thus be transformed into a glass or tray or dishwasher; in this latter case, the special Maxi 24-plate rack (code 45320) is available on request which increases theoretical productivity to 720 plates/hour.
Niagara 291 is the ideal solution for confectioners, bakeries, ice-cream stores, restaurants and butchers.
